Pilates focuses on strengthening our core and postural muscles. It has great benefits for back, neck and shoulder pain, creating a strong foundation which is essential for all activites.
Yoga (mixed ability): Tuesdays 7 - 7:55pm
Yoga unites body, mind and soul. This flowing sequence of postures helps to improve our strength and flexibility, whilst breathing and meditation brings our mind back into balance.
Perfect for those not confident to come to a class or perhaps need a more tailored programme. All you need is space to roll out a mat and I can come to you!
