As a Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and Yoga instructor, my goal is to offer high quality classes designed to prevent injury and promote healthy bodies and minds. With close attention to technique, hands on guidance and feedback I will ensure you are working the correct muscles whilst protecting your joints. This allows maximal strength and flexibility gains with minimal injury risk.
